When we originally launched the innovation program globally across Lendlease, people were submitting ideas, asking questions and requesting resources via a generic email address and a clunky page on the intranet. Six months into the program, we practised what we preach and did some customer insight discovery and mapping. This led to the development of the Innovation Station, a platform where people can submit ideas, learn about the program and download a ton of helpful resources.
