My team and I worked together to design the space that would help create cultural change as part of the innovation program. It is more than just a meeting room. The lab is a physical representation of the design thinking methodology. This is the space that we also run the internal innovation consultancy, where workshops take place and agile teams work together in rapid time frames to develop prototypes.
