I worked with the Cargo business to refocus their efforts to become a more customer centric business in an industry that hasn’t changes in a long time. The first project was a comprehensive international user research project. This culminated in me creating a Customer Experience strategy which led to the development of a new team within the business as well as the design of some new online services which are yet to be released.
