This project started off as a research project to undercover pain points our customers are experiencing, both in Finland and abroad. This resulted in a (yet to be launched) Finnair Plus app where members can easily redeem and use points and connect with one another through an online community, as well sign up for a Finnair Plus credit card with flexible feature add ons. I contributed through research, strategy & concept development.
