Innovation Program

INNOVATION PROGRAM, Lendlease

In the organisation's quest to become a more customer-centric, leading-edge company, it was decided that a formal innovation program should be launched. I helped build, launch and implement the program. This included building a team setting up governance, developing tools and resources, training, setting strategies and doing change management.

I build a global, high-performing team and design thinking experts and designers. The innovation program was the catalyst for Leadlease being awarded as one of AFR’s Top 20 Most Innovative Companies.
